Map can yield none when traversing tree
Minor issue that a map can yield none when traversing a tree (https://git.app-check.org/app-check/appium-bot/blob/master/mad_bot/map.py#L98). Ideally a map should never yield none, as that breaks stuff in other places. Most notably in bot analyzer and when we generate the map.

It may also be that the map is pruned at some point which removes nodes which is why we can't find a given node id.
