With this change we create a default folder for logs and apk. So if you don't have the environment variables set from start it will pick them up from the .env file when you run bot_analyzer.
If an environment variable already exists the already existing environment variable will be used.
It adds instructions for installing sass, and if there is no css file when we run bot analyzer a css file will be created from the scss file at runtime.
